Ocean Serviced Apartments is an independently run serviced accommodation provider located in Edinburgh’s Western Harbour, offering short and long-stay apartments for families, business travellers, and leisure guests.
THE BRIEF
Ocean came to Right Proportion needing a complete digital presence — from the ground up. The goal was a professional, conversion-focused website that would reflect the quality of their accommodation and drive direct bookings, reducing reliance on third-party platforms.
We handled the full project lifecycle from wireframing and UX planning to the full visual design, sourcing and preparing photography to showcase each apartment type.
The site was built with SEO best practice embedded from the start, with structured content, optimised page architecture, and technical foundations that set the stage for long-term organic growth. Following launch, we took on the ongoing SEO for the property — and within six months, organic traffic had grown significantly, translating into a 20% increase in organic revenue.
